December 2, 2023 - Beaconsfield Koshiki tournament 155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Empowerment and hard work in order to manage the chaos and panic that occurs during a harmful confrontation. So proud of all the participants. January to April, 2022. www.manoli.ca . Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
