Lesson learnt - Depend on your animal, survival instincts....disrupt his plan any which way you can. Your resistance strategies fall into 3 basic categories: verbal, physical and passive resistance (feinting illness, acting crazy, urinating, etc.).  Empowerment through 'hands-on' attack simulations. Karate training outside the Beaconsfield Recreation Center. First training session after the lockdown, what a joyous occasion. Distancing was respected and the session was divided up into warmups, basics, Makiwara on the shields attached to the trees and Kata. A different training mind set. If you don't adapt, you slowly die, so we must do what we must do to keep the flame alive. June 13, 2020 Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted.
