Aldo Group Testimonials

It shows that you love what you do. Having worked with people since I was 15, I can read people very quickly. I sense people’s energies. I was quite impressed with how well you were able to make the ladies feel safe. Your humor, body positioning, speech were extremely well delivered and received. What else stood out was how quickly you went from nice guy to big bad threat! I was telling our CEO about you. He is super happy we have done this. You would like to meet him, 6’5 300lb teddy bear. Very successful teddy bear who does motocross, and races in the desert for 14 day events.

I teach Boxing for fitness, gloves, pad, bags. I left you last night to teach a bootcamp class. We opened up with 20 minutes of kicks, strikes, punches etc, and I was able to pass on some of what I learnt in the short time I was present with you! Can’t wait to learn more.

Looking forward to next week George!

Hi Linda,

I loved the workshop, George and Robert are great!
It warms my heart knowing that some men are dedicated into making us women feel more confident and safe… i’m sending them much love.

The good:

  • They made us feel very comfortable by using sense of humour + ice breakers before getting to the serious smashing!
  • Learned so much about myself and how savage I can be in those scary situations… definitely helped to bosst my self confidence.
  • Definitely feel more prepared for an attack psychologically, physically, and strategically (?)

The bad:

  • People need to know they should be wearing pants + long sleeve shirts because there is a lot of contact with the floor and some people got scratched, injured..

Thank you for this opportunity!

Thank you so much for organizing this workshop, it was AMAZING!

I really really enjoyed it! Nothing bad to say 🙂

Thanks again!

I wanted to thank you for that initiative! I’m more of a quiet and calm personality but it was really fun (and usefull) to have the chance to let it all out yesterday. It really brought me out of my comfort zone but it was really worth it. I now feel a lot more confident in my ability to defend myself now!

Thank you so much!

I really enjoyed the Workshop.

George is a great man with a great heart. You can tell that he is on a mission to make a difference.

I have no feedback in regard to what should be improved. I think the workshop should stay exactly as it is.

It was fun, scary and emotional at the same time. We went through a rollercoaster of emotions!

The only bad part for me was that I hurt my knee a little ( It should be ok) because I gave my 150% in one of the simulations ( I think George was impressed with my performance )

Now I want my kids to do a workshop like this when they older. Life is tough and I want them to be prepared for it.

I think this class should be mandatory at high school.

Thank you for this amazing training. My body is sore but I feel like a lion inside 🙂
