Mirabel Koshiki karate tournament. March 22, 2025. Eight of our club members participated in this hard contact karate tournament. Our students brought back 6 medals. JAVIER (Gold in fighting - adult, yellow / orange belt), VLAD (Silver in fighting - adult, yellow / orange belt), ANNE (Bronze in fighting - women's open division, all belts combined), FRANCIS (Silver in fighting - adults, white / Yellow), EMILY (Silver in fighting - children, yellow / orange belt), NOZHAN ( Silver in Kata - children, white / yellow). Bravo! Hard work pays off as always. Marie Clarac 2024, 90 girls, 6 ‘hands-on’ simulation oriented self-defence classes working on standing and ground attacks. Good job to everyone who put their heart and soul into it. www.manoli.ca College de Montreal, 30 young warriors attended our "hands-on" no-nonsense, self-defence seminar. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all.
