Sarah-Maude is a warrior. Both her opponents were bigger, stronger than she was. She took the fight to them and handled herself like a warrior. Placed 2nd in her division amongst guys. Marie Clarac High School, action packed « hands-on » teens self-defence course. January - March, 2026. Action always beats reaction. When faced with a confrontational or violent situation, don’t over think. Your reptilian brain is never wrong. Stay safe out there! Collège de Montréal, Nov. 1, 2024 Marie Clarac 2024, 90 girls, 6 ‘hands-on’ simulation oriented self-defence classes working on standing and ground attacks. Good job to everyone who put their heart and soul into it. www.manoli.ca 155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Empowerment and hard work in order to manage the chaos and panic that occurs during a harmful confrontation. So proud of all the participants. January to April, 2022. www.manoli.ca . Air Canada, women's 'hands-on' attack simulation, self-defence workshop. DETERMINED & ENRAGED were these women. No! Is a complete sentence. All women and teenagers should get a taste of these types of 'No-holds barred' self-defence courses in order to understand and feel the rage needed to fend off people who don't respect their No! Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted. Worked on stand-up defence and what to do if thrown to the ground, then we attacked.... my two boys slowly taking over the job of helping others.....very proud of them Collège Charlemagne, cours d'autodéfense à l'extérieur.
