Marie Clarac High School, action packed « hands-on » teens self-defence course. January - March, 2026. Action always beats reaction. When faced with a confrontational or violent situation, don’t over think. Your reptilian brain is never wrong. Stay safe out there! Marie Clarac 2023 CLSC, Pointe Aux Trembles, 16 women are following our 7 week 'hands-on' women's self-defence program. Sessions are held outside, in the evening, in the park. Empowerment, Attitude and realistic options in doing 'WHATEVER IT TAKES' to get out of a violent confrontation. Sept. 2021. Outdoor training in Beaconsfield November 2019 Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted.
