Collège Reine Marie, Nov. - Dec. 2024, women’s self-defence course. www.manoli.ca Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted. Worked on stand-up defence and what to do if thrown to the ground, then we attacked Instinct, do whatever it takes to get out of trouble - Sacred Heart School, mom and teens 'hands-on' attack simulations, self-defence workshop. April, 2019. These ladies were dynamite. Determined, focused and above all 'No! Means 'No!' Bravo to all the participants and to those who organized it. Beaconsfield Karate-Jitsu team who attended the October 27, 2018, Canada Cup in Mirabel, Qc. Job well done. Marie Clarac high school for girls. Women's self-defence course. Approaching his victim.
