Collège Reine Marie, Nov. - Dec. 2024, women’s self-defence course. www.manoli.ca Marie Clarac 2024, 90 girls, 6 ‘hands-on’ simulation oriented self-defence classes working on standing and ground attacks. Good job to everyone who put their heart and soul into it. www.manoli.ca WE ARE BACK. Downtown Montreal, 'Hands-on' self-defence workshops for Secondary 1, 2 & 3 boys & girls. 65 participants attended our 3 NO 'Non-sense' personal safety workshops. June 21 & 22, 2021. Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted. Worked on stand-up defence and what to do if thrown to the ground, then we attacked Royal Vale High School, April 2018. Montreal, NDG.
