Centre récréatif Poupart - 6 week "Hands-on" women's self-defence course given by my son Nicolas Manoli. Great to see the passion of helping others lives on. April - May, 2023 College de Montreal, 30 young warriors attended our "hands-on" no-nonsense, self-defence seminar. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all. Nov. 4, 2022. www.manoli.ca Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted. Worked on stand-up defence and what to do if thrown to the ground, then we attacked Blind fold simulation. Women's group in Île Bizarre, Montreal, Qc. March 25, 2019. Empowering, hands-on attack simulations. Palm Beach Gardens BJJ - session one done. Worked on ankle lock from Delaheva. Wicked and sneaky. Lots of fun. A great school to come train.
