Canada post, women empowerment day in Three Rivers, Qc. Feb. 10, 2019 We worked on various hands-on attack simulations including: someone we know, someone we don't know, confined spaces, blindfold attacks and of course standing brought to the floor, lying down and any attack their little heart desired. We also had them work passive resistance and what to do if nothing worked on this guy. A full day of non-stop action.

Collège de Montréal, Nov. 1, 2024 Marie Clarac 2024, 90 girls, 6 ‘hands-on’ simulation oriented self-defence classes working on standing and ground attacks. Good job to everyone who put their heart and soul into it. www.manoli.ca 155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Empowerment and hard work in order to manage the chaos and panic that occurs during a harmful confrontation. So proud of all the participants. January to April, 2022. www.manoli.ca . Karate training outside the Beaconsfield Recreation Center. First training session after the lockdown, what a joyous occasion. Distancing was respected and the session was divided up into warmups, basics, Makiwara on the shields attached to the trees and Kata. A different training mind set. If you don't adapt, you slowly die, so we must do what we must do to keep the flame alive. June 13, 2020 Sensei Manoli giving some advice for the grappling part of the training.
