155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Empowerment and hard work in order to manage the chaos and panic that occurs during a harmful confrontation. So proud of all the participants. January to April, 2022. www.manoli.ca . They got a taste of what an actual, stressful attack would feel like. Panic, confusion and mayhem that goes on during a violent confrontation. Hats off to you all.
