April 20, 2024 - City of Westmount 'hands-on' self-defence workshop for women & teens. What an empowering experience for all participants. Attacks simulations done - someone we know, stranger/danger, verbal & sexual harassment, confined spaces and much more. www.manoli.ca

College de Montreal, 30 young warriors attended our "hands-on" no-nonsense, self-defence seminar. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all. Nov. 4, 2022. www.manoli.ca

Air Canada, women's 'hands-on' attack simulation, self-defence workshop. DETERMINED & ENRAGED were these women. No! Is a complete sentence. All women and teenagers should get a taste of these types of 'No-holds barred' self-defence courses in order to understand and feel the rage needed to fend off people who don't respect their No!
