The in-class workshop for schools, teaches children and teenagers about the realities and consequences of bullying and what can realistically be done to handle bullying confrontations.
Through scenario based training, Mr. Manoli and children in the classroom demonstrate how to realistically defuse verbal confrontations with verbal and body language assertiveness. He instills in children the necessary confidence and mindset to stand up and face the tormentor, look them in the eyes and say assertively ‘Leave ME Alone!’
Mr. Manoli teaches the 4 confrontational rules that have helped many other children deal with bullying situations and demonstrates how to get help, what onlookers can do to assist the victim and what to do if the bullying gets worse.
Since 1982, Mr. Manoli has helped children and teens assert themselves successfully when victimized by bullies. His no-nonsense anti-bullying approach is featured in École Charles-LeMoyne’s educational video for parents, educators and school administrators. He can also be seen giving ‘Don’t Bully Me!’ tips on ‘WatchMojo.Com (here and here)’ and ‘manoli.ca’ web sites.
