CLSC, Pointe Aux Trembles, 16 women are following our 7 week 'hands-on' women's self-defence program. Sessions are held outside, in the evening, in the park. Empowerment, Attitude and realistic options in doing 'WHATEVER IT TAKES' to get out of a violent confrontation. Sept. 2021. WE ARE BACK. Downtown Montreal, 'Hands-on' self-defence workshops for Secondary 1, 2 & 3 boys & girls. 65 participants attended our 3 NO 'Non-sense' personal safety workshops. June 21 & 22, 2021. Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted. Worked on stand-up defence and what to do if thrown to the ground, then we attacked Palm Beach Gardens BJJ - session one done. Worked on ankle lock from Delaheva. Wicked and sneaky. Lots of fun. A great school to come train. Friendly students and instructors. Dec. 2018. Great Workshop given by Hanshi Masamitsu Kudaka. I so appreciate his visit to our dojos and sharing of knowledge.
