Marie Clarac High School 2026 - 90 girls, 6 sessions, stand-up & ground attack simulations experiences by each participant. Bravo to all these warrior! A life skill they will carry for ever. Well done! www.manoli.ca Air Canada, women's 'hands-on' attack simulation, self-defence workshop. DETERMINED & ENRAGED were these women. No! Is a complete sentence. All women and teenagers should get a taste of these types of 'No-holds barred' self-defence courses in order to understand and feel the rage needed to fend off people who don't respect their No! Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives.
