Marie Clarac, January to April 2022. Thirty six 'hands-on' attack simulation oriented self-defence classes given to 155 secondary 4 and 5 girls. What an experience these girls are living. No holds barred scenarios implicating someone they know, someone they don't know, sexual harassment, confined spaces...Empowerment at its finest, giving these girls realistic options when confronted. www.manoli.ca Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted. Worked on stand-up defence and what to do if thrown to the ground, then we attacked Aldo shoes - February 2018.
