Karate training outside the Beaconsfield Recreation Center. First training session after the lockdown, what a joyous occasion. Distancing was respected and the session was divided up into warmups, basics, Makiwara on the shields attached to the trees and Kata. A different training mind set. $Sensei Manoli received his \'Hanshi\' certification from Japan in August 2007. He now holds a 5th Dan in Kenkokan Karate-do and a 6th Dan in Koshiki Karate-do.$
