What a fantastic fourth and final session before returning back home to Montreal (-16 degrees). We had two black belt visitors come train with us. One black belt was from the famous Roberto Abreu school (also known as “Cyborg” from the famous Nova Geracao Fight Sports Team), the other Black belt was from Schlosser BJJ academy (Juno Beach, Florida). All this mixed with our ten students and away we went. A full hour of rolling - 5 minute rounds, 1 minute rest. Needless to say, I lost, I won, I learned, I laughed and I was truly humbled by the experience of training with these wonderful warriors. Dec. 2018. Palm Beach, Florida.

$Our Beaconsfield/Baie d\'urfé team who participated in the full contact Koashiki competition. Thirteen of our students participated in this yearly safety contact Karate event and we brought back 18 medals. Every one of our students reached the winners podium in either Kata or Shiai with the exception of one student.$
