WE ARE BACK. Downtown Montreal, 'Hands-on' self-defence workshops for Secondary 1, 2 & 3 boys & girls. 65 participants attended our 3 NO 'Non-sense' personal safety workshops. June 21 & 22, 2021. Karate training outside the Beaconsfield Recreation Center. First training session after the lockdown, what a joyous occasion. Distancing was respected and the session was divided up into warmups, basics, Makiwara on the shields attached to the trees and Kata. A different training mind set. If you don't adapt, you slowly die, so we must do what we must do to keep the flame alive. June 13, 2020 Self-defence workshop for seniors - June 2019 Collège de Montreal. Boys and girls hands-on self-defence workshop. What determination from these students. Excellent work was done by all. Nov. 2018. Bully-proofing and karate class for parents and children.
