Marie Clarac High School 2026 - 90 girls, 6 sessions, stand-up & ground attack simulations experiences by each participant. Bravo to all these warrior! A life skill they will carry for ever. Empowerment through ‘hands-on’ attack simulations. Bringing out the animal within. WE ARE BACK. Downtown Montreal, 'Hands-on' self-defence workshops for Secondary 1, 2 & 3 boys & girls. 65 participants attended our 3 NO 'Non-sense' personal safety workshops. June 21 & 22, 2021. Sunday evening roll with my friends. Mark and Zen. Drilling and 6 minute rolls. Nov. 2019 Morneau/Chepell 'hands-on', simulation oriented, women's self-defence workshop. Second group of wild, motivated and determined women. Downtown Montreal, Canada. Most attacks end up in a horizontal position (ground, bed, table...). Know what to do if brought to the ground. Get your legs between you and him. - Oct. 2019 Canada post, women empowerment day in Three Rivers, Qc. Feb. 10, 2019 We worked on various hands-on attack simulations including: someone we know, someone we don't know, confined spaces, blindfold attacks and of course standing brought to the floor, lying down and any attack their little heart desired. We also had them work passive resistance and what to do if nothing worked on this guy. A full day of non-stop action.
