Collège Charlemagne, teens 'hands-on' self-defence course given as an after school program. Our six week course incorporates live attack simulations against someone we know, someone we don't know, standing, confined spaces, outside, blind folded and lying down attacks. This is an all out war against someone who wants to do us harm. So proud of these girls who fought tooth and nail during every attack. ATTITUDE IS THE KEY. December, 2019. The simulated attacks are 'Crazy, real'. Getting robbed at knife point then taken to an isolated location to be violated. Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019. Beaconsfield Recreation Centre, Gohaku shiai, Koshiki tournament. Schools representing: Sherbrooke, St. Sophie, Mirabel, Montreal North, Cote St. Luc and Beaconsfield competed. Over 70 competitors. We had 6 rings going on at the same time. What energy, what an event. Next event on March 30, 2019. Well done everyone Collège Charlemagne, cours d'autodéfense à l'extérieur.
