December 2, 2023 - Beaconsfield Koshiki tournament O'Sullivan College, April 13, 2023. A two hour women's self defence workshop with these great women. What a joy to work with people who want to learn how to realistically defend themselves when confronted with a violent situation. www.manoli.ca Marie Clarac, 2022. 155 teen girls participated in our 6 weeks "hands-on" self-defence course. Jan. - April, 2022. www.manoli.ca SHAD McGill program for gifted students. Over 30 girls participated in our hands-on women's self-defence workshop. July 2019, downtown Montreal. Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
