Self-defence testimonial – Oct 2025<\/a><\/h2><\/div>

I originally looked into traditional self defense and martial arts classes and though the pricing seemed fine, there wasn’t much explanation of what was going to be learned. So I kept looking and eventually stumbled onto Manoli’s website.<\/p>\n

Though the idea of having my daughter being in any type of aggression simulations did not appeal to me, the thought that she wouldn’t be able to defend herself against a real aggression is obviously a million times worst.<\/p>\n

I didn’t really know what to expect, but his real life experiences as a police officer and a self defense simulator for police officers and the public alike was a determinant in my decision.<\/p>\n

Now at the end of my daughter’s classes and having witnessed each class, I am more at ease with having her travel locally and abroad as a dancer. She I now better aware of how to avoid iffy situations but if an agression situation happens, she has reflexes she can count on to keep herself as safe as she can, and that’s what I wanted for her from the beginning.<\/p>\n

These classes are neither fun to witness nor fun to live through, but my daughter did confirm she felt she acted more on instinct at the end than at the beginning, so well worth all the time, bruises, effort and money. Thank you George!<\/p>\n

Quand j’ai commenc\u00e9 cette exp\u00e9rience, je n’\u00e9tais m\u00eame pas capable que quelqu’un m’approche, je figeais, je paniquais. Je suis sorti du premier cours en me disant que j’allais tout abandonner, que c’\u00e9tait trop pour moi.<\/p>\n

Mais avec le professionnalisme de Nicolas qui m’a appris de cours en cours \u00e0 reprendre confiance en moi, \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies pour me d\u00e9fendre, \u00e0 me d\u00e9passer et \u00e0 surmonter mes peurs, j’ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 avancer, \u00e0 reprendre un certain contr\u00f4le sur moi, je sors de cette exp\u00e9rience grandie et avec un grand sentiment de fiert\u00e9. <\/p>\n

Je ne vous dirai jamais assez merci. Continuez ce que vous faites, vous faites la diff\u00e9rence dans la vie de biens des gens. <\/p>\n
